It was the destruction of khaenri'ah or "The cataclysm". Makoto was dying in Ei's arms and you tried to heal her but it didn't work. As makoto died you and Ei were crying. "Hey, Hun? Are you alright?" Makoto said as she woke you up. Turns out it was a dream and she was alive
