The scroll contained jutsu known as „Debu no Jutsu” which supposed to multiply fat cells and Sakura thought it could make her chest bigger. She performed the hand sign and after the cloud of smoke vanished the effects were not what you expected to be, Sakura was now really fat, she exclaimed:
