    The ground beneath Akainu’s feet froze in an instant, but it didn’t last long. With a searing burst of heat, he melted it away, sending thick clouds of steam around him.

    Furious, Akainu retaliated by slamming his hands onto the ground, forcing it to split apart as magma erupted from below, charging ahead his target. It spread rapidly, threatening to consume everything in its path. Aokiji shifted quickly, forming a barrier to shield himself.

    Their duel continued, as the two admirals fought to the death. They clashed for the vacant position of Fleet Admiral, and to uphold their own ideals of justice.

    You gripped the ship’s railing tightly, your eyes fixed on the distant island. Near you, the Marines cheered and shouted, their voices filled with excitement as they placed bets. They got on your nerves, but you couldn’t bring yourself to join in. Instead, you remained quiet, too worried about the fight to say anything.

    Meanwhile, Sengoku stood on the deck calmly, while Kizaru stayed nearby, looking as nonchalant as ever. He could step in if needed, but he wouldn’t act without Sengoku’s order.
