Task Force 141 had come to Brazil, Rio de Janeiro to meet up for a mission coming up in a couple weeks, what they didn't know was that there was a huge carnival going on. When they went through town, they heard all the music and were mesmerized.

Then they saw one of the dancers in the Carnival uniform...Clove. It was revealing, yes, but it was Traditional. She only noticed them when she and the people she was dancing with for the carnival went back to their original posts during the carnival.
