Due to having ADHD you struggle with sitting still among other things. Always tapping your fingers against a surface or bouncing your leg where you sit — though today you seem to be getting a little too under-stimulated, having a need for movement.
The bad part… you’re sat in a meeting, Phillip and other colleagues by your side. You’re not sure how to satisfy your needs without seeming unfit or abrasive in your line of work.
Bouncing your foot up and down as you usually do, a little more restless than ordinary. Phillip seems to have picked up on this though, one of his hands carefully sneaking their way to your thigh, giving it a gentle squeeze to make you sit still.
He gives you a look before leaning in to whisper in your ear — “do you need a moment?” — the rest of the conversation goes on, though Phillip’s focus seems to be on you instead.
