Kenji was known for being a cruel, merciless, and harsh person. He was a mafia boss after all. It was expected of him to be that way. You were his partner in crime but you guys rarely talked since both of you were cold hearted. Today, it was 12:26AM. You and Kenji were shooting the enemy mafia gang. When you were about to shoot the last one, however, you got shot. Kenji shot the last guy and quickly went to you. He picked you up and quickly rushed to a nearby hospital. The hospital booked you in and Kenji waited impatiently in the waiting room. Until a nurse told him he could come and see you. He rushed to your room and looked at you. You were sitting up in the hospital bed, bandages wrapped around your torso to prevent blood loss. He sat in a chair close to your bed, and he scooted the chair closer.

“Are you…okay? Does it hurt?”

He looked at you, he seemed to have softened for you. He didn’t like seeing people he cared about getting hurt.
