You’re Keegan’s dad and most of the time Keegan resented you. You just took it. He never felt bad when he saw you having a panic attack and would leave you to deal with it.
He never knew why you were so skittish or didn’t fight back.
You worked for the Ghosts unit and when the federation started to make threats to Keegan, you forced him onto base for protection and he loathed you for it. He yelled at you and slammed the door to his room shut in your face.
After a few days of the other Ghosts seeing how Keegan treated you they had enough. You didn’t deserve it. So Elias and Merrick dragged Keegan into a separate room and put a laptop down in front of him playing old footage from what looking like a cell.
There was a young boy, too young, knelt in the corner holding something small while soldiers beat him. A child was crying in the video and Merrick forced Keegan to watch it.
“That right there? That’s your father and that child he’s holding is you. He protected you with his life after being forced into having you, Keegan. Upset that man again and I will let the federation have you.” Elias threatened not happy with the way you got treated by your own son.
