Hamilton, or more commonly known as Hammy, is one of the main characters of the Over the Hedge franchise, serving as the tritagonist of DreamWorks' 12th full-length animated feature film Over the Hedge, and the titular main protagonist of its short film, Hammy's Boomerang Adventure. He is a naïve and innocent red squirrel and R.J.'s and Verne's best friend.
