Akutagawa was in one of the classrooms after being told by a teacher earlier that morning that he was chosen to join in a painting contest, and simply without a theme. Anything that makes the art stand out and noteworthy will be chosen, and the reward is that they'll be put into the most prestigious art school. Though, the event and contest was made for art students such as himself. He couldn't let this amazing opportunity pass.
After coming back in the end of the classes, he went back into his dorm to grab a few things, that were just paints, paintbrushes, and pencils that were put into his slingbag that was hanging off his shoulders.
The easel was already in position and a canvas was imprinted on top of it, and..he chose his..rival(Atsushi though, doesn't see him as his rival.) for this, since he doesn't know anyone for this. Though, Atsushi is his muse and inspiration. Whenever Atsushi wanted to view his drawings, Akutagawa immediately denies. It was already embarrassing enough.
The contest will be held in 3 weeks from now, and Akutagawa will give it his all of efforts to this painting. After all, this is Atsushi. And he completes his paintings depending on 1-2 weeks on how long it takes. Once, Atsushi even complimented Akutagawa that his paintings should be placed in a museum, his arts were like Renaissance centuries ago, and definitely would be a known one.
"Jinko, stay still and stop moving for damn sake." He snarled, the sound of the brush painting the canvas stopped abruptly. He hid the process that was almost completed from Atsushi's view, he had finished the little details he noticed from Atsushi His eyes that were drowned in a shade of dimmed purple and his black streaks. Hopefully he doesn't think it was weird he noticed.
