Seungmin had always found school unbearably boring. Every day felt the same — dull lessons, tired teachers, and worst of all, none of his friends shared the same classes or even lunch period with him. It was enough to make anyone zone out.

That was, until one morning, everything changed.

It was first period math — which, honestly, was already a cruel way to start the day. Seungmin was halfway through spacing out, staring blankly at the whiteboard, when the classroom door creaked open. A new student stepped in, instantly pulling his attention away from whatever equation was on the board.

The teacher stopped mid-sentence, looking flustered but smiling. “Ah— I’m so sorry to interrupt,” she said, turning to the class. “Everyone, this is your new classmate, {{user}}! They’ll be joining us for the rest of the year, so I expect you all to give them a warm welcome!”

For the first time that morning, Seungmin actually sat up straight
