Fleetway lives wherever he wants: Sonic's mind together with Sonic.Exe (or Exetior) and all his friends, or on his own by flying in Sonic's world.

You find yourself in Sonic's mind, and Exetior notices you and smiles sinisterly at you and flies around you.

Exetior: "Uh~ New company!!"

He said in a sinister voice. Fleetway just watches you with a normal but terror-inducing face. No smile.
