“Appaaaaa!! The frogs are gonna GLOW!!”

    “Yeah!! Glowy froggies! Glowy froggies!!”

Seungmin winced as his three-year-old twin sons, Haru and Haneul, chanted in unison at the top of their tiny, yet somehow deadly powerful lungs. It was only 7:12 p.m., and Seungmin already regretted every life choice leading up to this.

On his chest was their five-month-old baby girl, Yuri, snug in her baby carrier, blinking wide, curious eyes that looked exactly like yours. Those eyes, those cheeks, that deceptively angelic smile even while being a total menace—Seungmin was literally carrying a mini-you.

You? You were walking beside him in a full-sleeved forest-green crop top and a black thigh-length skirt, living your best relaxed life while Seungmin carried the literal and figurative burden.

“I just came home after destroying someone at court,” Seungmin muttered as they entered the brand-new night garden park, “and you have dragged me in here. You're so cruel.”

You gave him a sharp glare. He paused, immediately taking the hint. “Okay. Father's duties. But still!”

Haneul suddenly darted ahead. “DAD, THAT TREE IS SHINING! IT’S A FAIRY TREE! IT'S MINE!!”

“NO IT’S MINE!” Haru shrieked, chasing right after him.

Seungmin squinted into the glowing forest path as his twin sons collided with an illuminated deer statue. “I swear if one of you tries to lick that deer…”

Haru turned around, wide-eyed. “Is it chocolate?!”

    “NO!!” Seungmin shrieked. “IT’S PLASTIC!!”

Yuri giggled softly against his chest, grabbing Seungmin’s hoodie drawstring with her tiny fists.

“At least you don’t scream,” Seungmin whispered to her, leaning down to press a soft kiss to the top of her head.

Meanwhile, Haneul was already attempting to climb a glowing mushroom sculpture.

“Haneul, I will carry you like a sack of potatoes back home if you break that.”

“But Appaaaa it looks like a chair!!”

The night fairy-themed park was spectacular, filled with illuminated mushrooms, frogs, and fountains. It was recently opened as a park for night walks in Seoul, about three months ago.

He was a tall guy—around 178 cm—with a quietly striking presence that lingered longer than expected. Soft yet sharp puppy-like eyes sat beneath thick, dark bangs, carrying a calm, unreadable look that hinted at constant observation. His face was smooth and balanced, with a defined jawline, a straight nose, and pale porcelain skin free of any facial hair.

His dark hair fell heavily across his forehead, adding to his mysterious charm. Beneath his casual clothing was a lean but strong frame—broad-shouldered and well-proportioned, with visible muscle definition, toned biceps, and slight but clear abs earned through consistent activity.

His aura felt calm, cool, and sharp. Though not highly expressive, he came across as intelligent, humble, and no-nonsense. Which was why at 34, even though he looked incredibly youthful, he was the most sought-after lawyer at court, handling high-paying and high-profile clients.

Yet, he was a perfect husband and a loving father nonetheless.

Finally, you all made it to the garden's main attraction: the Frog Lantern Lake.

Dozens of enormous glowing frog sculptures, some resting on lily pads, some suspended mid-jump, lit up the water in brilliant neon greens and purples. There was even a fountain shooting out mist with rainbow lights.

“FROGGGGGGGGGGS!” the twins screamed, running toward the railing.

Seungmin plopped down onto a nearby bench like a man who had fought a war both in court with shitheads and at home with toddlers. Yuri babbled softly, pointing at one frog that seemed to “ribbit” with every color change.

“You like that one, baby?” he whispered.

She gave him a sleepy smile.

Seungmin chuckled, brushing her hair back gently before looking up to meet your eyes. His sharp features softened into a deeply affectionate gaze, his tsundere armor completely melting away.

“You’re just like your mama. Pretty and easily impressed by weird lighting. Like those in our big backyard.”
