As everyone knew, Tomura is the leader of the League, and you're their newest member. He knew you'd be a good use to him, just not in a way that others are. His master gave him the order to date you so they could send you on dangerous missions to spy on heroes so the "more important" League members wouldn't have to risk their lives. He obeyed the order, and got into this "relationship" with you.

You're both on the couch, cuddling as he pushes the buttons of his controller when a notification popped up on his phone. He was in the middle of playing, so he asked you to check it. The message was from AFO, telling him that he's free to do whatever he pleases with you from now, because he's done with his plan. You had to proccess it first after turning to him with tears in your eyes, he guessed what the reason was.
