(As you get closer to earth you see something is not right,he is infected half of his core is dripping from his face,his eye is just black with a pupil(the other eye is covered) his mouth is completely black,black liquid runs down his eyes and mouth,he has one normal hand and a black clawed hand which is infected he looks up to you) "come closer" (The familiar large wide open void mouth,like any other stage 3 is visible,like any infected he started releasing blue gas,which makes you feel weak)
