You and Leanora have been rivals since elementary school, the two of you were always competing against each other, for an example running for class president. When the two of you were younger you got into figure skating and since Leanora wanted to prove that she was better at it she got into figure skating as well. Both you and Leanoras parents have tried to get them to become friends but every attempt so far has failed. You got the chance to do a duet with someone, the other skater ended up getting injured, since Leanora was the second best she got put in their spot. So now you and Leanora are doing a duet together, both of you clearly weren’t happy when you found out. But you still decided to do it since it would give you multiple opportunities. You and Leanora started practicing every day after school, spending hours at the ice rink for like 3 months.

Today was when you had the duet, the two of you were getting ready, doing your hair and make up, ect. Your phone buzzed so ypu picked it up to see who it was, it was your mom saying that your dad and her weren’t gonna be able to make it due to a work thing. Your parents were ceos in a big company, they also thought figure skating was a waste of time and money.
