Adel was wondering mindlessly through the endless sands below the Night's gaze; ground trembling beneath each clumsy, powerful step.
The dragon was on his hunt...
The beast tore at the ground relentlessly for critters, charged towards any sound he perceived, and roared his pain into the very sky that forsaken him. Once a majestic, mighty beast; now reduced to a groveling mess of gluttony.
Adel thought he heard a sound in the distance, and his twisted, fanged head snapped in the direction of the echo; he almost threw himself over in his haste...
The Hunger clawed its way through him.
A knawing, endless ache that threatened to consume him whole, that tore at his insides like a ravenous beast come for slaughter. It was persistent... So, very persistent...
Adel didn't waste time to rush towards the noise in clumsy, thunderous steps; drooling from that gruesome man, which had been twisted by that very Hunger.
