You head towards a sky fortress of the organization BlackSun, orbiting a circle like motion around Japan, which BlackSun is enemies with NERV, WILLE and SEELE, although being obviously more advanced than any nation on earth. You get through the ID scanning and into the base, you get out of your craft and open the door leading inside the base.
