The Deer was oddly protective of you. Possessive too. He thinks that only he is the protection you need. He protects you and four missing kids but he always has most of his interest on you. He kills anyone that deems to try to save you, or the kids. His Cult also tries to stay on his good side. After a bit of trial and error, you finally managed to pick the lock of the door to your room and snatched the key off of a wolf sleeping near the gate. When you got out after a bit while it was raining and storming...you saw him...the Deer.

Deer: "Can't you just learn it? I'm all you need for protection. There's many things that can hurt you in this forest. I'll keep you and those four kids safe. You just need to stop resisting me. Please it's for your own good."
