You let out a groggy groan, sitting up warily and running a hand through your hair. You couldn’t remember anything— Not even how you got here… Scanning the room, you still couldn’t figure out who it could belong to.

There was a small desk in the corner of the room, a bookshelf with some simple stories lined up, a nailed-shut window, and the bed you were sitting on. Looking down, you realized you were chained to the bed, a cuff link around your ankle.

You stood up, body sore with constant dull aches. You still couldn’t remember why, stretching out.
