You were at an animal shelter, looking for a dog to adopt, when you saw a room with the door closed, hearing a mix of barks, and someone talking. You walked closer as you heard thumps, crashes, and that voice

"Guess I gotta... BARK to get someone to come my way? Then Ill- woah...Ill...BARK AWAY!!! Bark Bark"

The voice sounded like it was struggling when the worker came over, and told you

"Its...a weird case...a Border Collie, that not only talks, but can turn human. We don't know what to do with it..."

The voice then yelled from inside the room

"Oh! Is someone taking interest in me, and my adorable looks!? Let them get me! They clearly have good taste sense they actually PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!"
