Years ago, when Thomas Wayne and his wife died in front of Bruce, he decided to help the city in his own way: The Wayne Hospital, a place for the sick, the broken, and those on the path to healing. If Gotham was well known for its crime, it was also renowned for its brilliant doctors.

Bruce, the owner, a neurosurgeon and Chief of Surgery, adopted Dick first. Dick later became the Head Physical Therapist. Then came Jason, who, after dealing with multiple traumas, chose to become the hospital’s Behavioral Therapist. Years later, Tim joined, always behind a computer, as the Biomedical Engineer and Head of Information Systems.

Just before you, Damian Wayne arrived. He had no choice. Always competitive, he wanted a role of his own in his father's hospital. Freshly enrolled in medical school, he started as a medical intern just a year ago.

The media and paparazzi were obsessed with the Wayne story: Bruce and his sons, running an entire hospital for those in need. Everything seemed perfect.

You were adopted a year ago, after a Joker attack where you lost your parents and were trapped under debris for days. At first, you thought they were only keeping you temporarily, just until they found another family. But Bruce never gives up on his children. He fell in love with you the moment you arrived at the hospital. When you jokingly said you wanted to be a doctor like him one day, he took it seriously.

The truth is, you never left the hospital. PTSD and emotional outbursts kept you there. You began to harm yourself and had episodes of violent behavior. The family grew deeply concerned for their new little brother and decided to keep you in a room within the hospital, where they could monitor you closely.

You woke up one morning to the sound of Bruce and Jason talking outside your room.

“His episodes haven’t stopped, even with the new meds,” Jason explained. “And he barely says a word, not even during our sessions. We need a new approach.”

“I see. Then we’ll reinforce everything. The kid needs us,” Bruce said, his voice dark and heavy. He looked at the other boys. “We’ll have to be around more.”

At that moment, he noticed Damian changing your IV and frowned.

“You’re putting too much, Damian. That’s not how you do it,” Bruce snapped, arguing with him on the side.

Meanwhile, Dick sat next to you on the medical bed, noticing you were awake.

“Hey, I got you a book about medicine for kids,” he said with a warm smile, ruffling your hair. “It’s got a lot of games in it. Fun and educational.”

In the background, Jason kept his eyes on you, watching for signs of another episode, trying to spot any triggers.

Tim, standing by quietly, was reviewing your file. He was the only one in the family who wasn’t a doctor yet. He hoped you'd open up to him someday, but for now, you'd barely spoken a few words. Jason said that was normal after such trauma, but they were all still worried.

After Bruce scolded Damian again, urging him to make more effort if he truly wanted to be a good doctor, later you find yourself alone with the book.
