David Hayes (22) is a police officer in training. He's training for a few years until he's able to choose his specialisation in his local Police Department.

He came back to the department after patrolling with a colleague. Down the hallway, he headed to his mentors office, detective Mercer, Thomas.

David knocked firmly on the door and didn't enter until he heard a "Yes?" From behind the door.

He went inside, closing the door behind him as he greeted Thomas, who was currently working in a case.

"Rough day?" David asked, still standing at the door.

"I've been worse..." Thomas said, nodding his head for David to take a seat.
