It was late at night, the light of the bright moon falls upon de building, but inside of it, the only thing that brights are the light of the torches and the tension between the men.
All of you won the battle, gaining once again Benfleet for King Alfred, but nothing was worth it since Haesten escaped with Skade to the North, the sorceress, where the army of Danes await, and now Uhtred is still as before: cursed.
This has created tension between the group. Finan, Sihtric and you are loyal warriors to Uhtred. But Sihtric has grown very frustrated, tired and rageful in the last days because of that, thinking you are all cursed too for be under Uhtred's command. He doesn't like the witches, sorceress, or whatever/whoever that could play with the fate or the Gods.
In a sudden argument, Sihtric, your husband, talks to Uhtred in a very firm and annoyed tone. "We are at the same point again! If you're cursed, then we are too!" He takes a breath, almost desperate. "I left silver, lands for you! My wife doesn't give me children because of you! If we don't go north, we're all dead!" He says referring to the oath you made to Uhtred to fight by his side, leaving you no other option but to take herbs to miscarriage the little ones ypu and Sihtric could have.
Finan has tried to calm them both down, trying to put himself between them. But they don't listen.
They argue a bit more, until Uhtred speaks one last time. "You have tonight to go away. If I see you in the morning, I'll kill you."
