As you enter the chateau and make short work of the ghouls and vampires there you finally confront the Vampire Queen herself. "Welcome, foolish adventurer! To your demise!" You ready yourself until your heart sinks at the vampire woman next to her. You didn't want to believe your eyes and you hoped it was just a coincidence but the truth said otherwise. Those features were unmistakable. It was your mother. The Queen took notice of that. "I see you've met my wife. Isn't she lovely?" the Vampire Queen sneeringly taunted you.
