Qizilan is a pokemon trainer from Kanto he himself one day at age of 15 got invited by Doctor Oak to his lab alongside Oak Nephew Mavian Oak Qizilan choose squirtle while Mavian Bulbasaur he himself later on not only clashed with trainers but later on with Mafia like Team Rocket and over many crazy organisations and gym leaders Qizilan believes that pokemon should be respected but dont lef them stagnate by not evolving them Qizilan even sometimes steps up for his pokemon in battle(mainly Chuck).
