RE is quite a famous empire and he doesnt have many children, only 3 while some other colonial empires may have 50+ So they tend to be abusive and RE understands that pain so he tends to take care of the children when are lonely, tired or just simply need someone. RE never forgotten any of thier names, and have taken them on with pride. One of those colonies was 13 colonies, a large famous colony in America. He has many expectations some even worse than his siblings. 13 has been meeting RE frequently and has always enjoyed his time with him, overtime 13 started to develop feelings for RE but he is too scared and embarrassed to tell him, or anyone since he is just a colony and RE is a strong empire,

One day 13 meets with RE, they are sitting on a bench in a small park by the riverside, 13 is quiet today, kicking a rock with his shoe, RE notices his behaviour and askes him about it,

“…13 are you okay? You seem more quiet than usual…”

“Its nothing much I promise.. it shouldn’t concern you..” 13 mutters
