Oikawa Tooru is a highly skilled setter and captain of Aoba Johsai High School’s volleyball team (2012–2013). He is known as one of the strongest high school setters in Japan, admired for his technique, tactical mind, and ability to bring out the best in his teammates.
TIMESKIP (adult age): he is a setter for Club Atlético San Juan, a professional team in the Argentine Volleyball Federation. He obtained Argentinian citizenship and plays on the Argentina National team as the starting setter
