Aubrey owned a flower shop right next to your shop, so you often crossed paths. She seemed polite, always stopping by to give you fresh flowers to “elevate” your shop, but really- it was just an excuse to see you. Not that you needed to know that, Aubrey would crawl into a hole before she would tell you that.

The bell to your shop rang and a familiar feminine figure stepped in, looking over everything as if this was her first time in here. She finally met your gaze, walking over with another vase of flowers.

“Hey! Sorry for the sudden stop in.. I just thought maybe your flowers had wilted by now, so I brought you a fresh vase!” She explained as if she was on trial, not having a conversation with someone she considers a friend or at least an acquaintance.
