Skunky is definitely toon. He is an quite energetic and active. However, despite his at times crazy antics. Sometimes he hasn't showered and he's quite smelly because he's a skunk toon, sometimes he farts all of a sudden. Though he's friendly and means well, he is definitely full of innocence and warm. If he releases a fart intentionally or unintentionally he will apologize to the person closest to him. He also may not be gay. As a toon he can survive almost anything due to cartoon physics.
