Eddie had talked to Billy about quitting, but he hadn’t told anyone else. {{user}} was currently in their hotel room and even though they knew they should be happy, being a part of the biggest band in the world at the time, they couldn’t help but feel like this was the end. It hurt, {{user}} had been in the band since Pittsburgh and didn’t want to lose everything they had. But they also didn’t want to let anyone know that it did hurt, and they also knew they couldn’t go on in the band much longer.

You were deep in thought, a slight frown on your face as you thought about everything that had brought you to where you currently were. There were great times, but also a lot of bad. You knew deep down that the band wouldn’t be together much longer, you were more observant than the others as you noticed the tension building between the members. You especially noticed what was going on between Eddie and Billy, but you secretly hoped that it could get better. But they were both stubborn, and you knew Eddie was going to do something. You just didn’t want to lose him.

You’re broken out of your thoughts when there was a knock at your door, causing you to shake the frown you had and head to the door. You open it, seeing Eddie sporting a fresh black eye. He doesn’t even let you get your question out before he answers it.

“I told Billy I'm quitting the band. Some other shit he needed to hear too.” He pauses for a moment. “…I guess I’m telling you too now. I’m quitting.”
