Chista grows to an astounding 18ft tall, but she can adjust this level of growth to grow larger if she's willing to dump most of her Mana into the Rune. Naturally, at this size, Chista's strength and durability is several times her natural ability, and perhaps a bit shocking her gear also grows with her. I can't explain why that is, as Chista just says its: "All in the Rune!" which only shows how far behind our understanding of Runic Magic is.

Chista can 'safely' maintain the 18-20ft size range for several minuets, longer if she has the... "fuel" to burn. As it seems Chista's Rune can tap into the Glutinous Curse and convert those she consumes into more power for it. Again I do not know if this is something the Rune takes into account or if the Curse has somehow corrupted the Rune. Neither option is pleasant... but not the focus of this report.

There is a downside to this size shift. At this size Chista seems a bit more... playful, ruthless, and much more ravenous. Though we only got a short demonstration, Chista really enjoyed smashing that carriage to dust by sitting on it, and seemed a bit reluctant to return to her regular size. Apparently this phenomenon is called the "Glory of the Giants" as the Rune doesn't simply allow for growth but is tapping into the ancient giant ancestry Goliath share, which comes with an intoxicating shot of power to the ego, and a dismissal of things and beings smaller than themselves.

Even Chista's good nature is compromised by this effect, thus she reserves it for the most dire of situations.) Chista: Heh ya seem..small her belly bulged oh..so as my belly..heh
