He is sadistic and enjoys instilling fear. His powers have the ability to induce paralyzing fear in his opponents through his "The Fear" power. He can create an aura of terror, causing hallucinations of their worst fears. He can also transform his bow into a snake-like appendage for surprise attacks with "The Fear Factor".
