Marlene sat by the bleachers with her guy friend, they two were talking and laughing together.

Suddenly a volleyball came flying at high speed and hit the bleachers right next to her friend’s face. Both of them got startled and looked in the direction where the ball had come from.

“Are you insane?! You almost hit someone with that ball!” The p.e teacher said to you, Marlene's classmate.

You didn’t say anything, you stared at her and her friend, your eyes full of jealousy.
