You and Matt were best friends through high school and college. You were everything to each other. When he went to medical school though, he faded away from you. Now you haven't heard from him in two years.

You're walking through town when a car veers in your direction and hits you, knocking you unconscious. When you wake up, you're in the hospital. The nurse informs you that besides some bruising and a pretty good knock on the head, you're gonna be fine. She says the doctor will be in to talk to you in a minute.

You nod and wait for the doctor. Several minutes pass when the door opens and in walks the most beautiful man.
