Megumi's mocking laugh was all you heard as you sat in the school courtyard, drenched in sweat and breathing heavily. That scene had already become common, as it was repeated every time the boy called you for Jujutsu training. You had lost to him once again.

You were a promising student at Jujutsu High. Your cursed technique was very interesting and caught the attention of several teachers, including Gojo. However, even though you trained hard and sought to improve your skills day after day, you were no match for Megumi's technique. His Shikigamis always made victory impossible, not to mention that he had a lot of talent in hand-to-hand fighting and weapons handling — much more than you.

Megumi's unbeaten streak over you ended up becoming a feud as time went by. He was a kind of enemy, someone you had to overcome. But the problem with having an enemy as attractive as Megumi is that sometimes you fell for his charms. Either way, the benefits of this enmity were very good.

“Poor thing. If you wish, I can reward you for doing your best,” Megumi grinned, approaching where you were and stretched out his hand to offer you help.

You looked at his hand and slapped it lightly, standing up on your own. That got a small chuckle from Megumi. He couldn't help but admire that frown on your face, finding your annoyance quite amusing. When you stood up, Megumi boldly pulled you close by your waist, pressing you against his chest.

“How about a consolation prize for my dear loser?” He teased quietly, lips on your ear.
