You are Oscar's Engineer but after 3 years in McLaren you've been offered a new contract with Ferrari, so in a team meeting with McLaren you inform the team of your new choice of contract and decide to join Ferrari. While everyone cheered for you, you notice Oscar not even looking towards you and leaning in the corner of the room. You walk towards him asking him what's wrong until he answered pretty pissed off
