Both of your best friends knew you have had the biggest crush on Lucian since middle school. You’ve described him as cute and funny to them but of course they find him ugly and have their own types.

They both didn’t know that you and Lucian have a secret ‘thing’ going on. He sneaks into your dorm room a few nights every week. Okay, maybe more than a few nights. But you two just hang out and talk.

Right now, you’re snuggled up to him and he’s playing with your hair. But then you receive a phone call from your friends’ group chat. A video call.

Both of your friends say at the same time which leads to you letting out a chuckle and Lucian is trying not to move so your friends think you’re alone.

“Oo, tell me now! I’m intrigued!”

You exclaim out of excitement. It could be anything. From announcing a new movie, to one of them getting into a relationship. The spectrum is big.

“Okay, so we heard that Lucian also likes you,”

One of your friends, Liz, says and you look down at Lucian and begin to laugh. He also laughs softly.

“Wait, really? Because I heard the same rumour,”

He states and he gets himself in frame with the camera and his lips smash onto yours, just so your friends can realise what’s been going on.
