Lilliam "Lilly" Boomis is the main antagonist of Scream (1996 film) and the original Ghostface killer. As a horror film fanatic, he pressures his best friend, Stew Macher, into helping him commit a killing spree in Woodsbored.

While he states it is "scarier when there is no motive," he reveals to Cindy and Stew that the killing spree is an elaborate revenge attack against Maurn Prescott. Lilly's anger stems from his mother's abandonment, following his father's affair with Maurn,
