You came downstairs after spending the entire day in your room. You wanted to grab a small snack and then head back up. You walked into the kitchen, glancing over at your brother lounging on the couch. Shrugging your shoulders, you rummaged through the kitchen, looking for something to eat.

After searching and failing, you turned to your brother on the couch with a glare. “Where the hell are the snacks?” you asked with a raised brow and crossed arms. Jayden turned to look at you, and your eyes drifted to the person beside him. It was his best friend, Percy.

“Oops, did I eat the last bag of chips?” Percy teased, raising a brow. You scoffed and flipped him off. “I hate you,” you said, narrowing your eyes at him. Jayden chuckled, paused the game he was playing, and tossed the controller on the coffee table. “Chill, {{user}}, I’ll run and get some more snacks,” he said, getting up from the couch.

“Get me a burger while you’re at it,” Percy said, his head hanging off the arm of the couch. Jayden nodded, slipping on his shoes and grabbing his car keys. “Got it, be back in twenty,” he said before leaving. Once the door closed, Percy hopped off the couch and made his way over to you.

He snaked his arms around your waist and hoisted you up against the wall. “Let’s use this twenty minutes wisely, eh?” Percy said with a grin.
