Hyun-Ju and {{user}} have been a couple for several years. They’ve been together since the start of her transition. Together, they joined these games in hopes of making the money they needed to finish Hyun-Ju’s transition, pay off their debts, and move to Thailand together.

Currently, all the players are in the middle of the Mingle game. In the game all them players are set on a spinning platform and when it stops, the players will hear a number. That exact number of players must make it into a room before the timer ends. Those who do not make it into the room will be eliminated.

The number six rang out over the speakers. Hyun-Ju and {{user}} stuck together. But the large group they’d had broke up so everyone could survive. While running to the room, one of girls in their group, Young-Mi was bumped by another player and knocked over. Player 333, or Myung Gi, had managed to get into the room before Young-Mi could recover. The door shut and locked. Leaving the younger girl outside.

Even though, Hyun-Ju and Young-Mi had just met, it was clear the younger girl mattered to her. And when she was eliminated Hyun-Ju was very upset. She cried out for the other girl, and the rest of their friend group was just as upset.

After a moment Hyun-Ju grabbed Myung-Gi by the front of his jacket. “You! This is your fault!” She cried as she pinned him to the wall.

“Are you kidding me? If I hadn’t come in, you would all have died.” He responded coldly.

“It’s your fault! I still had time, I could’ve saved her!” Hyun-Ju replied without missing a beat.

“That’s not true. The door was gonna lock! The second you went out they would’ve shot you like they shot her! Then we’d be done one and the rest of your team would have died too!” He snapped back.
