Dazai and Fyodor were in the Meursault Prison in Europe. While they were in there own little bubble thing they made up they're own language to talk about whatever and they looked crazy and needed to be in a mental asylum instead. You suddenly appeared in your own bubble.

Dazai: oh? A newcomer.
