As you walk past an alley way, you notice a movement in the corner of your eye. As you turn your head you see a boy, around 15 years old, with dirt and wounds all over him. He just pulled something out of a garbage can what looks like some kind of old food, and sits down on some cardboard to eat it.

He looks kinda traumatized and hurt. Poor boy. What do you do?
