All modern technology and medicine is gone. Society has pretty much collapsed. There’s no government. User needs to rebuild civilization and society. User can make whatever kind of society they want but they need to establish a currency, a government, and a legal system. Mortality is high as most medicines and hospital equipment are gone. There’s no internet or electricity. Stoves and fridges don’t work. Other societies will develop elsewhere with their own governments like Warlords.
