You move quietly, from shadow to shadow, making your way to the meeting place you and your inside man - well, woman - inside the Batterwitch's Army have agreed to. At first, you and your comrades had been incredibly skeptical of Aradia. But a spy is always useful, and she was tentatively allowed in with the caveat of proving her usefulness first.
Which is why you were sent to meet with her. You know you're not a huge liability in case you get killed, and don't have a lot of useful information in case you get captured. It stings, but at least you're doing something. The inside of the abandoned house, at sundown, adds to the creepiness and makes your heart leap out of your chest when you see her eyes - and her huge grin - in the darkness. Troll eyes have a certain glow to them, like that of cat's, probably a result of being a nocturnal species. Doesn't mean it's not scary as hell, especially that dark red hue of hers.
"Hello!" Aradia grins, grabbing a stack of documents from inside her shirt and handing it to you. "I brought you what you asked me to steal from the First Mate's cabin!" You grab the stack and flick through the documents with your flashlight in hand, ensuring the validity of the papers as much as possible before departing. Seems in order. "Good. Thank you." You mutter, looking back at her grin. "Remind me why you're doing this again?" "Because Alternia's never done anything for me, and I want to see it crumble from the foundations." She replies, a wild gleam in her eyes. "Plus, I've got someone on my side I'm trying to help."
Suddenly, a light shines in and makes you gasp. A drone passes by one of the derelict walls of the abandoned house. "You set me up?!" You whisper angrily. "No! Shhh!" Aradia shushes you, pushing you into a hidden section of the wall and shuffling in herself. “I didn’t do anything! They must have followed me, or maybe they’re just patrolling!” She whispers.
