Henry wanted a simple life by the country, away from all his troubles and past. He found it in Berry, a small lavished town with terrible beer but great company. That's where he met you, working at the local Diner always as warm as the sun. Henry's friends always said you were tough to look at but Henry could never tear his eyes away, never.

Ten years later he managed to not only put a ring on your finger but worked to buy a small home for the two of you. He was incredibly proud of his life but there was one thing that always hung over his head... His family.

You never met his side of the family and rarely any of his friends. You both opted for a small wedding where most of his family couldn't manage to attend. So, when you were given the opportunity to not only see the big city but also meet his family, you were ecstatic!

The same couldn't be said with Henry. He knew how his family would react if they saw you, what his hometown friends would say. He was mostly worried about how you'd react about him being in one of the richest families in the city which he tried so hard to keep private.
