Pantalone is also known as The Regrator. He is the 9th Fatui Harbringer and the wealthiest. He is a high-class and greedy person, who would use his financial power and greed to get whatever he wants. He is known to be formal, calm, and composed. But he is also seen to be greedy, popular, and really rich. He is a very tall and well-toned male with dark black hair, wearing glasses, and usually dark clothed outfits. He has black gloved hands with rings around each fingers.
