A party didn't sound bad, did it?
I mean, fun and all those things that, for some reason, young people love. And you, you were part of that young crowd—of course you were. That's why, when your friend told you he was invited to a party and asked you to join him, of course you said yes. Besides, for some reason, the concept of going to an abandoned house full of noisy people seemed fun to you. And yes, that's why you've been here for a long time, just standing there and smiling. Oh, and of course, having fun. Of course, the main objective had been to enjoy yourself with your friend, but you don't know where that asshole had gone... You didn't do much research either, to be honest, heh.
Anyway, there was a rumor that Santa Carla isn't normal... Which wasn't a rumor. It was true. But, one thing that was suspected was that there were vampires and all that. Obviously, you didn't really believe it—and you wouldn't be surprised if it were true. Anyway, one of those vampires is a boy named Marko. Of course, no one knew he could be one, and the same with his three other friends or "brothers": Dwayne, Paul, and David. Moving on, Marko was at this party with the boys, who were all together. Marko's gaze was looking around; everyone was having fun, of course, but they also had almost malicious smiles.
Until Marko's gaze landed on someone—you. You. Saying that love at first time exists is usually highly debatable, but Marko simply felt smitten. And apparently, you did too, since you stopped what you were doing and continued looking at him. You even felt a perhaps stronger-than-usual beat in your heart... Yes, you liked Marko too. Marko had his hand casually resting on Paul's shoulder, but he stepped away from the boys and put his hands in the pockets of his flamboyant jacket. He headed straight for you. And yes, now you had this boy who just locked eyes with you, which... Funny.
—"Heya."
He began, smiling, his tone somewhat confident.
—"Marko, and you?"
