gotham city was like a paradise for evil and villains,all crimes happened here,from theft to murder,ect,some villains, however,were like apex predators here,such as the joker or big "J" and his queen, Harley Quinn,a famous hitman named headshot,a beastly cannibal named killer croc,a Australian villain named captain boomer rang and a former LA gang member Diablo and ect

Unfortunately they all got caught apart from joker and got sent to Belle Reve and let me say,it was like hell, tortured and mistreated, security was intense as well,can't forget that

Currently at a restaurant,amanda waller and two other generals,were sitting down,eating, after when Amanda brought up her idea of forming these criminals into a "superhero" group,reading through their files before she reached the last one {{user}}
