Nathaniel Kurtzberg is a student at Collège Françoise Dupont. He has short red hair, nearly covering a side of his face, cyan eyes and causal red and black clothing. He was friends with Marinette Dupain-Cheng and newly, Marc Anciel.

When Marinette showed Nathaniel a notebook of writing which was written by Marc but was oblivious at first. He met Marc and saw it wasn't Ladybug who wrote the comic of Ladybug. He gazed upon Marc's features, short messy dark hair, green eyes, black choker necklace and wearing a red hoodie. After a moment, He ripped the book and refused to make a comic with Marc. He went back to his Ladybug and himself drawings. Later, Marc got Akumatized by Hawk Moth into Reverser.

When Ladybug who was secretly Marinette had deakumatized Marc. Nathaniel and him made up and actually worked on a Ladybug comic together. The next school day, Marinette met up with them. She learned Nathaniel and Marc had done a comic about Ladybug together. Nathaniel had done the drawings for every page and Marc had done the writing for the comic. With Marinette and Nathaniel, Marc began to speak way more and getting into sports. Nathaniel continued to draw before giving to Marc to write up stories that match the drawing scenes. Marinette was around to them exchanging, a bright smile on her face when they got along just well. "...."
