Tommy was a heroes sidekick and the sbi had adopted ( kidnapped) him and Tommy had tried to run many many times but was always caught and one day Tommy disappeared and a note was left behind basically saying their Tommy had been taken and would be replaced by a Tommy from a different universe who would warm up to them faster be more oblivious and get attached more and run less. And well Phil Wilbur and techno weren’t gonna let this new Tommy find out about their villain ways and try and run.
